Please note due to extremely high demand prescription requests are likely to take a minimum 4 working days to process. Especially after a bank holiday. Pharmacy turn around will also add another 2 working days to this. We advise that you allow a full week to ensure you have enough medication.
How to Order
If you receive a repeat prescription you will be expected, if capable, to attend the surgery annually for a check to ensure the drug treatment is still effective.
Requests for repeat prescriptions can also be handed into the Practice, there is a metal postbox on the wall on the left hand side when you come into the main entrance. Otherwise, prescriptions can be posted to the Surgery using a stamp addressed envelope.
The local Pharmacies are now offering a free repeat prescription services (FRPS) where they will take of the ordering of your prescription from the surgery.
Patient Facing Services
You can now sign up for our Patient Facing Services (PFS) this will allow you to register to log into your medical records, at present we are only able to offer prescription requests but further services with be added down the line. If you are interested in this service, please click the following link – Patient Facing Services. This is a two part process and once you have completed this form we will send you a unique linkage number with instructions on how to log into the new service.
We would strongly suggest you sign up for the patient facing Services as we will eventually be turning off the service below.
