Non-urgent advice: Appointments

DO NOT JUST TURN UP AT THE HEALTH CENTRE YOU MUST TELEPHONE THE PRACTICE FIRST

ALL REQUESTS TO SEE A DOCTOR WILL BE TRIAGED BY THE ADMIN TEAM AND BOOKED WITH A DOCTOR OR ADVANCED NURSE PRACTITIONER, THESE APPOINTMENTS WILL BE ARRANGED AS A FACE TO FACE CONSULTATION UNLESS YOU SPECIFICALLY REQUEST A TELEPHONE CALL.

THE CLINICIANS WILL ONLY DEAL WITH ONE PROBLEM IN EACH CONSULTATION, IF YOU HAVE A NUMBER OF CONCERNS YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO BOOK A FURTHER APPOINTMENT.

OUR DUTY (EMERGENCY) DOCTOR ON CALL EACH DAY WILL ONLY DEAL WITH EMERGENCY CONDITIONS THAT CANNOT WAIT FOR A ROUTINE CALL THE FOLLOWING DAY AND WILL CALL EACH PATIENT BACK AND ARRANGE FOR THEM TO ATTEND THE SURGERY IF NECESSARY.
