THERE WILL BE NO PRE BOOKABLE APPOINTMENTS FOR THE TIME BEING. ANY PATIENT WHO NEED MEDICAL ATTENTION SHOULD PHONE THE HEALTH CENTRE AND YOUR CALL WILL BE TRIAGED BY A DOCTOR.

 

DO NOT COME INTO THE HEALTH CENTRE UNLESS ADVISED TO DO SO BY A DOCTOR.


Patients who have a new continuos coughs or cold and fever of 37.8 degrees or higher should self isolate for a period of 14 days.

If you have been indirect contact with a person who has tested positive do not come into the Health Centre phone first for advice.

DUE TO THE CURRENT CORONOVIRUS PANDEMIC PATIENTS CAN PHONE IN FOR A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ORDERING OF PRESCRIPTIONS OVER THE TELEPHONE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. PATIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO EITHER HAND OVER THEIR RE-ORDER SLIPS AT THE RECEPTION DESK, ORDER THEIR REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS VIA A PHARMACY OF THEIR CHOICE OR ORDER REPEATS VIA THE PRACTICES WEBSITE. ONLY ORDER WHAT YOU REQUIRE TO AVOID WASTE IN MEDICATION.

Any photography within the Health Centre is prohibited unles prior permission is granted. Anyone found taking any photographs or videos may be reported to the police.
